Born on 12.08.1977 in Veles, Republic of Macedonia.

Primary and Secondary school completed in Negotino, the resident city in that period. Since high-school days, Daniela Nastova Pishtolova is interested and participates in various activities related to the educational system of R. Macedonia.

At the age of 16, Daniela is elected to be a member of the Executive Board of the High School Union of R. Macedonia.

After the completion of the high-school, Daniela enrolls the Faculty of Law at the University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje, department of Legal Studies.

Prior the end of these studies, in 1999, Daniela joins the humanitarian work of the International Organization for Migration – IOM. This is the time when Daniela encounters her first working experience.

Daniela has participated in various activities and projects realized by IOM in that period, among which: evacuation and repatriation of the refugees from Kosovo, as well as repatriation of the trafficking victims.

After the graduation, Daniela volunteers at the Citizen’s Association for Physiological Works BIDENJE – Negotino, participating in numerous projects of significance to the society, implemented and executed in cooperation with international institutions and foundations. Certain number of those activities is still underway.

The beginning of the professional experience starts with the initiation of the internship practice in duration of two years at an Attorney at Law office. After having completed the internship, Daniela has successfully passed the BAR exam and remained working as Attorney Expert Advisor in the same Office.

In this period of four years and six months, while working in the Attorney’s office, Daniela was part of many expert projects and activities gaining huge experience in different areas of the Law.

In December 2004, Daniela has passed the expert exam for Representative of Industrial Property Right in front of the State Authority for Industrial Property, registering as an Intellectual Property Representative.

Daniela Nastova Pishtolova opened the Attorney at Law office with the objective to provide quality legal services for the needs of the clients.

The experience, the knowledge and the practice is gained through extensive effort, dedication at work, sacrifice, persistence and above all firm will to progress.
